What a deal!” Alexis says, jokingly as she tells us how she met Nick on eHarmony  a little over three years ago.dallas_wedding_planner_0279dallas_wedding_planner_0280Shortly after dating for only a year and a half Nick knew Alexis was the one. He planned the proposal at his ranch on Easter day of 2015. Nick told Alexis that he had only gotten her one gift in her Easter basket. It was an engagement ring to which she said YES!

Alexis says, “My favorite moment was our vows. I’m sure Nick preferred the reception with the abundance of food and cocktails.” Alexis goes on to share that, “My wedding day was special because I was able to spend it with my family and friends.”dallas_wedding_planner_0299In efforts to help other brides, we always ask what would you do different? Alexis and Nick both agree, “Start early! It is so much easier to clear up any problems well in advance of the wedding. Also, go with your gut. If something doesn’t feel right, back away slowly and then run away as fast as you can.”

Alexis and Nick, it was truly a pleasure getting to know you and being apart of this new chapter in your lives.  We wish you the very best in all that you do together.
